The Marching Source
Drill Levels
Grade ".5", Starter Series
4 – 6 sets

This series is designed to get your band on the field with minimal time and effort..
  • Construction caters to the student with the most minimal marching skills
    • The main purpose of movement is to change the form for the sake of variety.
    • Whenever possible, marching takes place only when the drums are playing by themselves, or the winds are otherwise tacit.
  • Color guard or auxiliary staging can either be in front of, or behind the band.
  • The drum line is centrally located with optional drill movement provided. If it's better for your music ensemble that the drumline never moves - you have that option!
The Starter Series provides a great option to get your students on the field with the most minimal time and energy. It's also a great option for a pregame show
